Your manager may ask you to create a status report or check in. This is a great time to let your manager know how you feel about the work you did this week — think of it as a mini 1on1. You can even add things to the report throughout the week as they come up, and submit a final draft when your report is due.
To create a report, click the My Work icon on the top navigation menu, then click on your manager's name under the My Reports header on the left pane. If your manager has asked you to create a status report, you will create a report and include your team’s work (if applicable), your work, and your highlights and roadblocks for the week.
If you manager has asked you to do a check-in, you will be asked if you what went well, what didn’t go well, and what your speed felt like this week.
