Connect Google or Outlook calendars to Workboard so you can schedule and sync meetings. Manage the agenda, topics, decisions and takeaways in Workboard and the time and schedule in your calendar.
To integrate Workboard with your Google or Outlook Calendar, go to Workboard's Preferences page, click on the My Integrations tab, and click the "Add to Google," "Add to Outlook," or "Add to Office 365" button.
You'll be asked to confirm that you want to allow Workboard to access your Google or Outlook calendar. Once you've done so, you can begin syncing meetings between Workboard and your Google or Outlook calendar.
Install the Outlook Add-in to create Workboard meetings directly from Outlook
Office 365 users can create meetings in Outlook and push them to Workboard using Workboard's Outlook Add-on. See an overview of the plug in and installation instructions here.
Send meetings from Workboard to your Google or Outlook Calendar
When you create a meeting in Workboard, it will automatically be pushed to your Google or Outlook calendar. You can always uncheck this option when scheduling a meeting.
Push action item from Workboard to your Google or Outlook Calendar
To send an action item to your Google or Outlook Calendar, click the three dots icon (kebab menu) at the end of the row or the on the three lines icon (hamburger menu) in the action item details page and select "Push to [Google/Outlook] Calendar".
Retrieve meetings from your Google Calendar to Workboard
To automatically send meetings from your Google calendar to Workboard, start the meeting title with #WB. You can also sync your meetings at any time by selecting “Sync Calendar” on the three lines icon (hamburger menu) at the top right in Workboard's meeting page.
