Automate workflows on your custom Team Work boards to save time and reduce manual action item updates. Set automatic actions for each column on your board to change status, owner, priority or other attributes every time an item is dragged into the column. It's perfect for managing approval flows, or moving projects from draft through design to production.
To get started, create a Custom board and add columns for each stage of your workflow. Set the automation options for each column by clicking the kebab menu on the column header and selecting "Automation."
Select the automations you would like to perform and click "Done." Columns with automatic actions applied will display an indicator icon next to the kebab menu icon in the column header.
Once the automations are set, you can move action items through the workflow simply by dragging and dropping them between columns.
